1. General Information

• Dolphin Hotel Pvt. Ltd. provides lodging and event hall services subject to the terms stated here.

• All guests must present a valid ID card upon check-in.

• Guests agree to follow hotel policies, rules, and local regulations during their stay.

2. Booking & Reservations

• Reservations can be made directly through our website, by phone, or at our reception desk.

• A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from the hotel (via email, message, or phone).

• Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal and booking information.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to additional charges and availability.

4. Payment Policy

• Room rates are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) per night.

• Payments can be made in cash or via available digital payment methods at the reception.

• Advance payment may be required to confirm a reservation during peak seasons or special events.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will be charged one night’s stay.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days (if applicable).

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by negligence or misuse.

• The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas.

• Smoking is not allowed in non-smoking rooms and public areas.

7. Use of Facilities

• Event halls (Meeting Hall, Birthday Cabin) must be booked in advance.

• Guests must follow the hotel’s event guidelines and maintain cleanliness during events.

• Loud music or parties are allowed only within permitted hours.

8. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided during booking is kept confidential and used only for hotel operations and communication.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Dolphin Hotel Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters or technical failures.

10. Changes to Terms

• The hotel reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
